Type 347 Stainless Bar

Product Description

Chromium-nickel stainless steel with columbium and tantalum added to avoid intergranular corrosion in the 800°F - 1500° F range. It is non-magnetic in the annealed condition, and is not hardenable by heat treatment.

Corrosion Resistance

Resistance to intergranular corrosion when heated to, or cooled slowly through, the 800° F - 1500° F range. General corrosion resistance same as Type 304.
